Mark A. Foreman, MD

Dr. Foreman has been in private practice in Grants Pass since 1998.  Dr. Foreman received his undergraduate degree from Austin State University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed his MD at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Foreman is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

James D. Dowd, MD

Dr. Dowd has been in private practice in Grants Pass since 1994.  Dr. Dowd received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis. He was a member of the Phi Sigma Honor Society. He completed is MD at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. Dr. Dowd is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Joan E. Price, PA-C

Joan E. Price, PA-C, is our Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Oregon. She was an R.N. prior to taking her degree as a Physician Assistant in 1995 at the University of Washington School of Medicine MEDEX Program. She has been with Greentree Orthopedics since it’s inception.

Carey Janzik, PA-C

Carey is one of our physician assistants and has been in practice in Grants Pass since 2000. Prior to receiving her Physician Assistant degree at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) in 1998, she worked as a research assistant in Cardiology at OHSU.
